About the role

Graduate programme at Deloitte as part of the Future Leaders Academy, focused on IT Risk & Assurance.

You will work with organisations to assess IT systems, identify risks, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards while developing strong analytical and business skills.

This is a structured graduate programme with training, mentorship, and clear progression into specialist and leadership roles.

What you will do

• Assess IT systems, controls, and security processes
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support audits and prepare reports for management
• Work with technologies such as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Collaborate with teams across business and technology

Requirements

• On track for or completed a degree (2.1 or higher)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology, data, and risk
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Legal right to work in Ireland

Nice to have

• Background in IT, business, finance, or engineering
• Interest in cybersecurity, data, or systems
• Internship or project experience
