About the role
Cabin Crew role at Ryanair, one of Europe’s largest airlines.
This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality customer service onboard flights while completing fully paid training before starting the role.
You will work as part of a cabin crew team ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and service standards are met throughout flights across the Ryanair network
What you will do
• Ensure passenger safety and follow all onboard safety procedures
• Deliver professional customer service during flights
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and in-flight needs
• Handle onboard sales and service duties
• Work as part of a cabin crew team across European routes
Requirements
• No previous experience required (full training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work shifts (early mornings, late nights, weekends)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
• Must meet airline physical and travel requirements
Nice to have
• Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Interest in travel and aviation
• Positive, adaptable attitude
