About the role

Junior Field IT Support role supporting live events, offices, and venues across Dublin.

This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with hardware, networks, and technical systems used in real-world environments like concerts and festivals.

You’ll be part of a support team responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment while ensuring smooth operations during live events.

Training and support are provided, making this ideal for someone starting their IT career.

Requirements

• Basic understanding or interest in IT support, hardware, or networking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Fluent English
• Full driving licence may be required

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft tools or basic IT troubleshooting

• Previous customer-facing or technical experience
