About the role

Graduate Site Reliability Engineer (Java) role based in Cork within a fast-growing software product environment.

This role focuses on supporting and maintaining high-performance web applications used globally. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure systems remain reliable, scalable, and well-monitored.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with production systems, incident management, and operational tooling while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key areas include system monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and contributing to infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

Must-haves:

* Computer Science or IT-related degree
* Basic knowledge of Java and web-based applications
* Familiarity with Linux environments
* Exposure to scripting (Python or Shell)

Nice to have

* Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
* Interest in systems engineering or site reliability
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
