About the role
Popeyes has landed in Belfast and is expanding across Ireland. As an HR Graduate, you’ll support restaurant leaders and Operations teams across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, helping with recruitment, onboarding, team engagement, and employee relations. This role provides hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with opportunities for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Support restaurant leaders and Operations teams with day-to-day HR matters.
• Build strong relationships with teams on the ground.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and development activities.
• Support employee relations cases under guidance from the People team.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to grow team capabilities.
• Use people data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Recent HR graduate or early-career HR professional.
• Passion for people and willingness to learn.
• Hands-on, positive approach with operational teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a plus.
