About the role
Front Office Receptionist at Radisson Blu Limerick, part of the iNUA Collection.
This is an entry-level hospitality role where you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, reservations, and guest support while gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations.
You will work closely with different departments to ensure a smooth and professional guest experience while developing your customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer / IT skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings and weekends)
• No prior experience required — full training provided
Nice to have
• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems (e.g. Opera)
• Interest in building a career in hospitality
